UMP primary spring for municipal Paris

PARIS (Reuters) - The UMP will hold open primaries, "by April or May," to designate the leader in municipal elections in Paris in 2014, says Jean-François Cope in L'Express .

The UMP president said later at a press conference that this procedure would apply to "all the cities where it is necessary, we have no incumbent" .
